Surveillance Officer-Dickson Co
The part-time position is located out of the Dickson County Office and involves conducting home visits of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Dickson County while ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of probationers through home visits
- Maintain accurate case documentation to comply with program policies
- Provide testimony in court as required
- Assist with drug screens
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in working with felony offenders
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain detailed and confidential information
- Valid Driver’s License

- Part-Time, $15.33 per hour

Case Officer-Sumner Co
This full-time position is located in the Sumner County Office. The Case Officer will supervise and monitor non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Sumner County while ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. MCHRA is a non-profit local government agency offering excellent benefits, TCRS, and insurance packages.

Admissions Counselor/Administrative Assistant-Dickson Co
Position: Full-Time Pay Grade 7
Location: Aprés Townhomes
Hours: 40 hours/week; PTO, full benefits; medical, dental, vision and life insurances; and TCRS retirement
This position will play a vital role in guiding prospective clients and their families thru the admissions process and facilitating entry into treatment programs. This position conducts initial assessments, provides information regarding treatment options, verifies insurance benefits, and coordinates the intake process with clinical and administrative teams while supporting general administrative and client service functions.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments of prospective clients to determine treatment needs and program eligibility.
- Guide prospective clients and families through the admissions process and program requirements.
- Verify insurance coverage and coordinate benefits with insurance providers.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth admissions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in electronic health systems.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for admissions inquiries and routes calls and emails.
- Ensures a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals entering treatment.
- Maintains confidentiality of company and patient information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Clean background, valid TN Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in admissions, counseling, healthcare administration, or behavioral health services.
- Experience working in a substance abuse treatment or behavioral health facility preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Counselor/Case Manager-Dickson Co
Position: Full-Time Pay Grade 9
Location: Aprés Townhomes
Hours: 40 hours/week; PTO, full benefits; medical, dental, vision and life insurances; and TCRS retirement
This position supports the mission of providing high quality, compassionate care to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. This role delivers psychoeducation, individual and group counseling, and case management services that address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of recovery. The Counselor collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop treatment plans and support long-term recovery in a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
Primary Duties:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions for individuals impacted by substance use disorders.
- Conduct assessments and assist in diagnosing substance use and co-occurring disorders within scope of licensure.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.
- Provide psychoeducation related to addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention.
- Maintain and manage an assigned caseload of clients.
- Coordinate care and treatment planning with case managers and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with referral sources, family members, probation officers, courts, and medical providers regarding treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and treatment plan reviews.
- Respond to and de-escalate crises using therapeutic interventions.
- Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field OR Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC). LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or equivalent licensure preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in addiction treatment or related clinical services, including at least one year working with the target population.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) preferred
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Clean background
- Valid TN Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation

Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.
Duties Include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check. CNA or previous experience working with elderly/disabled individuals or within the healthcare field is helpful but not required. EOE.
