Position: Part-Time

Hours: 15 hours/week
Duties:
- Monitor food temperatures
- Pack and serve meals

- Conduct outreach to seniors and the community
- Volunteer recruitment
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

+Meals-On-Wheels Regional Coordinator
Location: TBD (Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson Counties)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Duties:
- Provide direct supervision of site management. Recruit, train, motivate, schedule, reward, and discipline staff.
- Ensure compliance with MCHRA, Chapter 7, and Health Department policies and procedures through supervision and monitoring. Conduct annual site surveys to verify compliance.
- Monitor and approve all timesheets, leave requests, and monthly reporting paperwork.
- Participate in community outreach to spread the word regarding services provided, volunteer opportunities, and for fundraising. Maintains relationships with funders, partners, sites, and communities.
- Serve as back-up staff to sites, as needed. Provides technical support and troubleshooting of problems.
- Acquires supplies and resources when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Clean background, valid TN Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy

+Day Reporting Center (DRC) Treatment Coordinator – Dickson, TN
The DRC Treatment Coordinator provides alcohol and drug treatment services to offenders meeting Day Reporting Center criteria. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting ASI/ASAM assessments.
- Overseeing all DRC treatment classes.
- Providing counseling for substance use and mental health.
- Evaluating progress and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing required reports and maintaining records.
- Attending meetings and trainings.
- Training offenders in recovery activities.
- Developing treatment placement options.
- Coordinating with the justice system and other agencies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- LADAC II license (Tennessee)
- Valid TN Driver’s License & auto liability insurance
- Satisfactory background check

+One-Stop Navigator for Workforce Services – Madison County
This individual is responsible for maintaining Welcome Function and resource room activities including directing customers and assisting American Job Center customers with job searches, resume assistance, and other reemployment services. This position works under the direction of the One-Stop Operator and is responsible for performing customer service duties for a multi-program office. This position will assist customers both on the phone and in person by assessing their needs and providing assistance as needed in the Resource Room and Welcome Function. In addition to this, the One-Stop Navigator will promote job openings for local businesses and assist area employers in finding quality employees.
QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalency • Moderate to advanced computer literacy skills • Ability to instruct customers in using computers, fax machines, copiers and other technology • Desire to make a positive impact in the workforce development of Southwest Tennessee • Excellence in computer software applications including word processing systems and the ability to learn new computer application systems • Individuals that desire to work with diverse populations and low-income populations are preferred

+Misdemeanor Probation Officer – Hickman County
This Part-Time position n(with potential for Full Time) is located out of Hickman County and will be working out of General Session & Circuit Court. MCHRA is a non-profit local government which offers great benefits, TCRS and insurance packages. This Position involves the supervision and monitoring of misdemeanor probationers. Activities associated with this position include direct supervision through office visits and establishing needed supportive services, maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, assisting with electronic monitoring, collection of fees, and maintaining case management database. Job responsibilities require experience in case management, phycology background and treatment services, law enforcement, or related field.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •Graduation with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 2 years related work experience. Four year degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Sciences, management or closely related field. Four years work experience will be considered if it is in a related field. •Experience in criminal court proceedings and working with felony offenders; ability to follow program procedures and make appropriate decisions. •Strong interpersonal, decision making, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain detailed and confidential information. • Salary Range ($17.00 HR. •Preference given to residents of these counties.

+Meals-On-Wheels Site Manager – Wilson County
Part-time position stationed at the Mt. Juliet Meals-On-Wheels site. Candidate must be able to follow instructions, document work performed, be self-motivated, and have a reliable source of transportation. Duties to be performed include packing and serving meals, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, completing reports and other documentation, recruiting volunteers, ability to generate awareness and excitement in the community about the program to help in fundraising, daily paperwork, and outreach to the senior community. Other responsibilities include monitoring food temperature, completing in-home assessments, and participating in special events and functions. When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients.
Monday-Friday, approximately 25 hours per week.

+Day Reporting Center Treatment Coordinator-Gallatin, TN
The Day Reporting Center (DRC) Treatment Coordinator reports to the Director of Correctional Services and the Community Corrections Program Manager. Job duties with this position include alcohol and drug treatment for offenders who meet Day Reporting Center qualifications. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will conduct Addiction Severity Index (ASl)/American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) assessments on offenders sentenced to the Day Reporting Center. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will oversee all treatment classes within the DRC. Counsels offenders relating to alcohol and drug treatment and mental health. Evaluates offender progress of accomplished contract objectives; recommends measurable standards to correct identified problems and deficiencies. Prepares, maintains and documents required reporting and records management. Attends and participates in staff meetings, team meetings, conferences and in-service training. Instructs and participates in training activities for offenders. Develops treatment placement options for offenders. Maintains interaction with criminal justice system and other agencies to coordinate and identify applicable resources. Performs related job duties as required.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree and clinical designation of one of the following: LPC MHSP, LCSW, LPE, LSPE, or Psychologist Licensed through the State of Tennessee A valid Driver's License and Automobile Liability Insurance. Satisfactory background check

Activities associated with this position include direct supervision through home and office visits, establishing needed supportive services, and maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, assisting with electronic monitoring, collection of fees, and maintaining case management database. Job responsibilities require experience in community corrections, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E. $19.18 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of qualifying full time professional experience in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or closely related field. Experience in criminal court proceedings and working with felony offenders; ability to follow program procedures and make appropriate decisions. Strong interpersonal, decision making, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain detailed and confidential information.
