One-Stop Navigator for Workforce Services-Rutherford County
This individual is responsible for maintaining Welcome Function and resource room activities including directing customers and assisting American Job Center customers with job searches, resume assistance, and other reemployment services. This position works under the direction of the One-Stop Operator and is responsible for performing customer service duties for a multi-program office. This position will assist customers both on the phone and in person by assessing their needs and providing assistance as needed in the Resource Room and Welcome Function. In addition to this, the One-Stop Navigator will promote job openings for local businesses and assist area employers in finding quality employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Moderate to advanced computer literacy skills
- Ability to instruct customers in using computers, fax machines, copiers and other technology
- Desire to make a positive impact in the workforce development of Northern Middle Tennessee
- Excellence in computer software applications including word processing systems and the ability to learn new computer application systems
- Individuals that desire to work with diverse populations and low-income populations are preferred

Day Reporting Center (DRC) Treatment Coordinator – Dickson, TN
Reports to: Director of Correctional Services and Community Corrections Program Manager
The DRC Treatment Coordinator provides alcohol and drug treatment services to offenders meeting Day Reporting Center criteria.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting ASI/ASAM assessments.
- Overseeing all DRC treatment classes.
- Providing counseling for substance use and mental health.
- Evaluating progress and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing required reports and maintaining records.
- Attending meetings and trainings.
- Training offenders in recovery activities.
- Developing treatment placement options.
- Coordinating with the justice system and other agencies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- LADAC II license (Tennessee)
- Valid driver’s license & auto liability insurance
- Satisfactory background check
Job Type & Benefits: Full-time (40 hrs/wk) with PTO, TCRS retirement, credit union, state holidays, and medical/dental/vision insurance. Part-time considered.

COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS DISTRICT SUPERVISOR-Dickson, TN
With supervision from Program Director, oversee the day-to-day activities of Community Corrections staff in the assigned district office. Supervise and direct the activities of district correctional personnel. Monitor attendance and time. Meet with Clients and provide supervision of activities and involvements ensuring adherence to court ordered stipulations. Document client meetings and observations in proprietary software
(JustWare/Tomis). Provide Case Management services to clients. Enter reports in a timely manner. Participate in assigned client Court dates. Audit Files of Case Officers to maintain compliance of TDOC regulations. Conduct Home Visits ensuring adherence to court ordered stipulations. Other Duties as assigned. Daily verbal and written communication with MCHRA staff, Officers of the Court, and offenders in the exchange of information and resolution of issues. Direct supervision of up to 6 staff (includes; Case Officers, Secretaries, and Surveillance Officers).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field. Plus, minimum of two years’ experience in law enforcement or legal field.

RPS Coordinator-Nashville, TN
Position: Full-time
Location: Nashville, TN 37214
Hours: Full-time, M-F, 40 hours/week, full benefits
Duties:
- Work closely with the Finance Department and RPS Director to assist individuals unable manage their own bills, helping clients remain independent.
- Partner with the Social Security Administration (SSA) to ensure each client’s basic needs are met and their bills are paid promptly.
- Enroll new clients, establish budgets, and complete applications to designate Mid-Cumberland as the Representative Payee.
- Prepare payee reports for submission to the SSA, including payee accounting reports and disability update reports.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain spreadsheets and databases with accuracy.
- Problem-solving and client service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited high school, supplemented with additional coursework or experience in maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- More than three years’ experience in social work required.
- College-level coursework helpful.

+Meals-On-Wheels Program Specialist

Duties:
- Maintain and update the ServTracker data system.
- Provide basic IT support and training to staff as needed.
- Verify eligibility and ensure completeness of records for new clients.
- Review and prepare invoices and service reports.
- Enter daily and monthly service records into various databases.
Required Skills:

- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

+COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CASE OFFICER– Dickson County
The position is located out of the Dickson County Office and involves the supervision and monitoring of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to house arrest through the Community Corrections Program for Dickson County. Activities associated with this position include direct supervision through home and office visits, establishing needed supportive services, and maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, assisting with electronic monitoring, collection of fees, and maintaining case management database. Job responsibilities require experience in community corrections, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E. $19.18 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of qualifying full time professional experience in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or closely related field. Experience in criminal court proceedings and working with felony offenders; ability to follow program procedures and make appropriate decisions. Strong interpersonal, decision making, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain detailed and confidential information.

Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.
Duties Include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check.
