+ Regional Dispatcher-Dickson Office

This position is responsible for using Route Match software to dispatch drivers within a
multi-county public transportation system. Responsibilities include trip data entry and communicating with drivers to execute an efficient, doable schedule. Processing real time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables
Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.

Job responsibilities require dedicated attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make logical decisions regarding dispatching client trips. The Operations Coordinator evaluates Job performance. Full benefits, 40 hrs/week. EOE

This position is responsible for answering calls in a multi-county public transportation system. Responsibilities include answering these calls in a timely and professional manner while entering accurate and complete trip data into the Route Match software.

Professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, strong customer service and organizational skills are required. The ability to make logical decisions regarding customer service, operational procedures, and policies of the agency is a must. Processing real time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.

+ Lead Driver–Rutherford County

This position is responsible for driving scheduled routes, working with the Regional Scheduler to provide information that will aide them in providing Drivers with an efficient, doable, and timely schedule. Other responsibilities include training as required, maintaining records and databases, compiling county reports, and revenue monitoring/collections. Processing county feedback regarding schedules and helping to incorporate changes that enable Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.

+ In-Home Service Coordinator

The position involves the management of multi-county in-home services for eligible participants. The incumbent will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Improvement as well as in-home field assessments, reassessments and service plans. The incumbent must be able to provide oversight of daily operational aspects. Duties associated with the job include ensuring compliance with existing governing regulations as well as operational guidelines and policies/procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining good working relationships with funding agencies, clients, staff, and the community at large. The incumbent may be responsible for recruitment, job assignment, evaluation, discipline, and scheduling as needed. The incumbent must possess significant organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills for successful job performance. This position requires significant local regional travel and some on-call responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited four year college with a Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, HealthCare, Gerontology, Nursing or related field with at least twenty-one quarter hours in behavioral health, social work, psychology, sociology, or home economics required; experience in program management and supervising the activities of support staff; strong decision making and organizational skills; significant communication and interpersonal skills; experience monitoring budgets; or any equivalent combination of education or experience. Duties to be performed include packing and serving meals, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, completing reports and other documentation, working with volunteers, light clean up. Other responsibilities include monitoring food temperature and completing assessments as needed. When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients. Monday-Friday, approx. 25 hours per week.

Duties associated with the position include preparing meals for delivery to homebound clients, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, assisting with completing reports and other documentation, and interacting with volunteers, coworkers, and clients. Other responsibilities include monitoring food temperature, and participating in special events and functions. When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients and complete in-home assessments. Tues, Thurs 12-14 hours per week.

+ Meals-On-Wheels Systems Specialist

Full-time position stationed at Mid-Cumberland’s central office in Nashville. The incumbent will be responsible for technical and administrative work assisting with the coordination of daily activities for Meals-On-Wheels & Senior Dining. Activities will include but are not limited to assisting with program correspondence, data entry, file management, preparing reports and financial data, and providing assistance with daily program operations. Incumbent must be dependable, well organized, solution oriented, and able to monitor and interpret data making appropriate independent decisions. Job duties require strong organizational, interpersonal and decision making/problem solving skills, significant experience in office organization and administration. 40 hrs/week. Monday-Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required; clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task & prioritize job related activities, accuracy and attention to detail. Computer skills required. Significant experience with Windows and Microsoft Office with extensive experience including word processing, spreadsheets, form development, and computerized databases required.

Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency's In-Home Services provides essential services to elderly and disabled individuals within their own homes. Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.

Duties include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check. CNA or previous experience working with elderly/disabled individuals or within the healthcare field is helpful but not required. EOE.
